What's in a name?

I'll tell you what's in a name...a lot of agonizing.  It's no surprise that the number one baby-related question we are getting is, "Did you pick a name?"  

And the answer?  Nope.  

Personally, I keep hoping for a magical epiphany...one where I'll suddenly know exactly the right name for him.  It hasn't happened yet, however.  

This is where you come in.  You are welcome to try to help us figure this tricky one out.  

Our (somewhat loose) requirements are:

1) Has to sound at least kind of similar in English and Macedonian 
2) Can't be too common
3) Can't be too weird

Although we will happily take suggestions, we haven't decided yet if we will actually reveal his name before d-day (d for delivery).  I've heard from about a zillion people to NOT reveal the name unless we are prepared to doubt our choice when everyone shares their opinion.  Rumor has it, it's much easier for people recoil in disgust from your chosen name if it's not legal yet.
